Each participant will have to register and sign a waiver. There is no cost to participate.

5. Turkey Trot: -Sean- Turkeys for TT. (10) holding pattern. Everything reserved or ordered. 58 adults and 7 kids signed up already. E-mails for those that can't find web site. $15.00 for regis. One complaint e-mail about Lynne Mark. Being figured out. BANNER FLAGS: ALL CUSTOM ORDER- $160/FLAG. Logo and Finish- next year get two more. Look into Art work for flags. GDTC symbol and Finish. TAGS to order? 1500. Bag stuffing- Berry is hosting. Berry will get a keg. - smoother for TT this year. Put out call for volunteers early. Less volunteers can run the race. Need them through the start of the race. RACE number pick up at 7:00 a.m. Ends earlier- race start on time. Need more bags for stuffing. E-mail last year's runners? We have the list. There are more TT around. More competition.
6. Other Races: (Dave, Bob/Becka)- Boston Prep- starts now. Marianno put link up shortly per Dave's request. Not too much yet. January 27th for Prep! Eldon will do course monitors. Jane will be timing. Good deal on timing company. By Nov. meeting all permits and insurance. John begins fundraising now. Someone like to work w/ Dave to take over in the future? This is Dave's 14th yr. Will do Prep until someone wants to do it. But would like to start looking. -on cruise control now, easier race. A lot of ppl help, many started with the race and are still going. Race for Freedom- next meeting early Dec. looking at courses in early Nov.
7. NHGP- Sean- Money for Granite Runner shirts. $600 in treasury not $3000 like NHGP thought. Breaking it down by club. We owe $750 for the clubs we have nominated and not sent money. Other clubs are in the same boat. Trying to recoup money. For Sandown won't see money. For Foothealth need to pay. No invoice so no payment paid. Usually they don't send an invoice, just needs to be paid. Other clubs are sending money in. "Ramping back up". -Gate City owes $600. For NHGP- the race director is supposed to pay NHGP. If they don't, club that puts that race up to be part of the NHGP will pay. Issues of people not responding to e-mails from NHGP. Embezzlement issues were brought up and a response was immediate. More transparency now.
-NHGP- some clubs are losing interest. Prizes have not been given. Competition is steep from certain clubs. After this year score keeper is retiring and others. New blood is needed. Each club needs to contact the race director of their sponsored race. Age group/age graded/club awards etc.
-race should be charged before race day. Then race can/will pay. You can't go after the race later. Money is gone- given to charity already.
-meeting is mostly by conference call. Committee has so many people in different areas.
- We are paying the $150 for Foothealth. 2010. Mark is going after other races to have them pay their dues.
- Motion to pay- Sean. 2nd- none $150 Foothealth -
-conversation- some opposed- NHGP is not organized right now. Where is the money going? Make sure it goes where it is supposed to. People that are multiple Granite runners- everyone gets one shirt? Idea: Focus on 2012- Get NHGP back on track.
We should be responsible for the races we put forward this year. If we pay for our races, we have more standing to talk to other clubs. NHGP is not going to give money for past years. Why should that money be collected? We can't go back. Wrapped up every year, new budget. Again, focus on 2012. We have results for this year, races to collect from this year. SAVE THIS YEAR. 7 races, three committed to pay.
-Mark Lutter our rep. for for NHGP for GDTC. Ppl not really assigned to this. Now, more organization needed.
Bob- Motion: We pay $300 for this year's races.WITHDRAWN. Tabled until next month. Races could/should pay. We will revisit.
8. Parkland Wellness Couch-5k program- 3rd week. Bob and John there today. There are 15-16 participants. Things are going well. Some are more enthusiastic than others. Going well. 5 min. walk to Rail Trail for warm up. Then couch to 5k program.- club members need to spread out. Groups break up into their own paces. Many of the people have not run a race. Ever. So far so good. Pretty cool to see progress people are making. Finishing the race on Thanksgiving Great accomplishment!
9. GDTC Annual Dinner- Castle caterers- Rosa left message. Nov.16th. make choices for food. Londonderry CC needs to get back to Rosa too. New Business

2. Eldon's race, there is a "family membership" $30 fee. Definition of a family? w/ club membership, family is in the same house. Race- family is related. Mack's is the only race that has this. Should we change definition for the race? Talk about at next meeting.
