Annual Spring Barn Party June 2, 2013

Join us for a run (7:00 am for 10 miles, 8:00 am for 5 miles)
Clean the club equipment and organize the Knepp's barn.
Breakfast, coffee and camaraderie!

We will need the Gatorade barrels cleaned for our summer races (Freedom Run, KSFR, Mack's Apples)
Manchester Marathon will need their barrels back for their race in the fall.
Please help the Knepp's to reclaim their barn!

COUCH-TO-5K - ONGOING

We meet at the Windham Depot section of the rail trail and run as a group south toward
Windham. Workouts are scheduled for Tuesdays at 6 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 AM.
All members are encouraged to help at any times that may fit their schedule.



WORKOUTS

Ongoing on Wednesdays at the Pinkerton track.
Warm-up begins at 6 PM with the workout beginning at 6:30.
